Here in Michigan, we get cold, snowy or wet winters. Very similar to Canada's. If your pics are of your surrounding farm, I agree you have hands full. Looks like a very large farm. Your pics portray a very beautiful place and they are very nice. Could you name a large city, perhaps that you may be close to. Ontarion, Windsor etc.. so that I may be able to get a idea of where you may be located.
